TicketPrague.online provides an online ticketing environment for published events. Event details, organizer information, price and availability shown at checkout form part of the purchase information presented to the buyer.
An order is created after checkout. A usable ticket is issued only when the order reaches the required paid/confirmed state. Available payment methods are shown directly during checkout.
Issued tickets are delivered electronically and/or made available in the customer ticket area. Each ticket contains a unique access identifier or QR code and must not be intentionally duplicated for multiple entrants.
Admission remains subject to the validity of the ticket, event-specific conditions and reasonable organizer/security instructions at the venue. A previously used, cancelled or invalid ticket may be refused.
If an event is changed or cancelled, the applicable organizer instructions and mandatory consumer-law rights apply. Refund requests are assessed against the event circumstances, ticket status and applicable law.
For leisure or event services tied to a specific date or period, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited or excluded where the law permits. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
